Can you elaborate on what you see as the main emissions problems associated with drilling and how they might best be reduced and regulated?

I just read the article which I couldn't see before. It seems to me that the new natural-gas burning engines should just be required as of a certain date. I am with you - industry should be proactive and switch their engines over as soon as possible. Plus its probably cheaper in the long run and a great advertisement for natural gas as a fuel.
